Positioning a local academy at international standard — at ₹0.42 a click.

What was happening.
Studio A1 International Beauty Academy offers international-certified makeup and beauty courses in Bokaro. The competition is every local course promising a certificate.
What was really in the way.
If every academy sounds the same, students choose on price. The academy needed to own a distinct promise — and admissions campaigns needed a cheaper way to build a warm audience before asking for enrolment.
“A bold positioning line ("Jharkhand se International Standard Tak") plus low-cost traffic campaigns will build a warm audience far more cheaply than going straight for leads.”
What changed.
We built the creative around three ideas — transformation ("We don't just teach. We transform."), ambition ("Jharkhand se International Standard Tak") and outcome ("Learn. Practice. Earn.") — and ran a traffic campaign alongside a lead campaign for the offline makeup batch, to compare costs.
What we shipped.

What the data says.
| Metric | Traffic campaign | Makeup lead campaign |
|---|---|---|
| Days active | 3 | 2 |
| Impressions | 35,179 | 16,393 |
| CTR | 2.00% | 1.15% |
| Cost per click | ₹0.42 | ₹5.05 |
| Spend | ₹293.52 | ₹949.07 |
What it meant.
Traffic clicks cost 12× less than lead-campaign clicks. That shaped the admissions engine: build a warm audience cheaply with positioning-led traffic, then retarget those visitors with the admission offer — instead of paying lead prices to cold strangers.
