From discount posters to a package-led salon brand.

What was happening.
Studio A1 is a salon and makeup studio in Bokaro (City Centre, Sector 4) and Cuttack, offering everything from haircuts to bridal makeup.
What was really in the way.
Blanket discounts ("Flat 50% off") bring people in once — and teach them to wait for the next sale. Individual services also made it hard to raise the average ticket.
“Named, productised packages and hero services at clear price points will lift ticket size and make campaigns easier to run than rotating discounts.”
What changed.
We designed an offer architecture: The Premises package (₹4,999), Essential Care (₹2,999), hero services like Keratin (₹3,999) and Premium Straightening (₹2,999), a premium bridal line, and seasonal moments like Teej Glow (₹1,499) and a Monsoon engagement contest. Behind it: a website, a digital price list and a CRM for follow-ups.
What we shipped.

What the data says.
What it meant.
The salon now markets products, not discounts: every campaign has a named offer, a price and a reason to book now — and every enquiry lands in one place for follow-up. That's the foundation the Grow layer scales.
